Effects of Clinical Nurses’ Workplace Bullying, Empathic Ability, and Resilience on Job Satisfaction

Purpose The purpose of this study was to understand the relationship between workplace bullying, empathic ability, resilience, and job satisfaction provide basic data for development programs education aimed at improving nursesâ satisfaction. Methods Data were collected through a structured questionnaire disseminated nurses working in general hospitals. A total 226 questionnaires used analysis. We analyzed using descriptive statistics, an independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, stepwise multiple regression Results Nursesâ showed significant positive with ability resilience negative bullying. Additionally, religion, hope moving another department factors affecting explanatory power these variables 41.0%. Conclusion To improve satisfaction, strategy lower bullying increase is necessary. results suggest need further research develop educational strengthen their resilience.
